Grilled Salmon Seasoning from Foodly in a ½ cup modern tin. Smokey sweet flavors with a touch of heat purpose-built to complement the flavors of grilled wild Alaskan salmon.
How to Season Salmon
Rub one or two tablespoons of seasoning per pound on salmon filets of steaks immediately before grilling on a well-oiled grate. Grill filets skin down without flipping. Serve with lemon wedges.
Avoid marinating fish with this rub or any rub that contains salt for more than five or ten minutes. Salt works wonders on other meats but can make fish soggy and prevent a properly seared crust from forming during the browning process.
What’s in Grilled Salmon Seasoning?
We use hand-blended brown sugar, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, cacao powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes to make our seasoning.
