How to Use Rosemary

Our dried rosemary is cracked for easier use, meaning that rosemary needles have been slightly crushed so when the herb is added to your recipe it will more easily release its essential oils and flavor. Rosemary, like oregano, is one of the herbs that tastes stronger dried than fresh.
