How to Use Jerk Seasoning
Create a rub by combining one tablespoon of jerk seasoning per pound of meat with a little oil and rubbing the meat all over. Add salt if desired and let the meat marinate for at least a few hours and up to an entire day before cooking as desired.

Our seasoning contains onion, coriander, garlic, ginger, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, thyme, turbinado sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, scotch bonnet, clove, and chives.
