This is my favorite. It is a very easy and delicious breakfast sandwhich to make. It doesn’t take long, has a few easy ingredients that all come in quantities that work with one another so that you can make them all week, and it tastes really good just like an Egg McMuffin from McDonald’s.
I used a wheat english muffin but go forth with your favorite. Use your favorite cheese even. Spice it up with what you like! Buttering the muffins and putting on salt and pepper are all great choices! Has over 20g of protein too.
