We all know that things can get a little dreary this time of year. It’s the middle of February and summer seems like it will never come again! But, there is at least one bright spot during a long winter — citrus season! This week I’ll be showing you how to use oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and limes in meals that bring a little sunshine into your life.
Sarah’s Tip of the Day:
First up: pork chops! We’re going to turn this classic comfort food on its head by cooking boneless pork loin chops with a sauce of olive oil, orange juice and zest, lime juice, garlic, and red onion slices. Major flavor! Tune in to the video and I’ll show you the best way to juice different types of citrus. (Trust me, this tip will definitely come in handy during Citrus Week!)
