Nothing is better than a good sandwich. How do you make that sandwich? Well sometimes condiments make a sandwich really good and other times its all about the meat. This recipe just uses really the natural flavor of beef with hickory wood smoke. I may have used a steak seasoning but its one that is heavy on mainly salt and pepper, just the way I like it. So if you have the time, I would say, this is the best way to make that perfect sandwich.
