2-3 tsp psyllium husk as the binder (you can also use xanthan gum)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil to brush on the chips
For the salsa:
1 small red onion
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 cup parsley
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
1 tsp salt
